a. To provide one (1) or more scholarships annually to an incoming freshman who demonstrates financial need and academic promise.

To the student majoring in Human Resources Management who has shown the most promise in this field

For an incoming freshman who intends to study accounting and demonstrates financial need. Recipient must be a graduate from a New York City High School. The scholarship is renewable provided the student maintains a 3.0 GPA, continues to demonstrate financial need and his or her study of accountancy.

To provide scholarships for students who demonstrate financial need. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To the student specializing in public administration who has achieved the best academic record and participated significantly in the activities of the Marxe School

To a graduating senior in the Zicklin School of Business who had the best academic record and made the greatest contribution to the school

For an incoming freshman who intends to major in accounting or a continuing student who is an accounting major and exhibits academic promise and financial need. To be eligible, a continuing student must have a G.P.A. of 3.4 or higher. Candidates will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To a student in the Zicklin School of Business who has achieved excellence in two or more courses offered by the Law Department.

To a student who has excelled in African-American courses and is a member of a club that has contributed to the quality of life for African Americans.

Students who have declared a minor in Environmental Sustainability or a major in Biological Sciences. Students must plan to be enrolled in Environmental Sustainability courses (3000 or 4000 level) in spring and fall semesters. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Students have demonstrated financial need (“academically deserving who would otherwise experience difficulty meeting college expenses). Students are recommended by a professor for leadership, creativity, innovative thinking.

To provide (4) scholarships to incoming freshmen interested in accounting or an undergraduate majoring in accounting, who demonstrate academic merit and financial need. Preference for at least one of the four to be from an Eastern European country, assuming of course that the academic and financial criteria are met.
 
The Scholarship is renewable for candidates that are (1) working to gain admittance to the Zicklin School of Business by satisfying their pre-business requirements or (2) who are accounting majors in the Zicklin School of Business. Candidate/s will be selected by Financial Aid Services Office.

To a student with outstanding performance in the most advanced French, Spanish and Italian courses

To an outstanding student in Advertising.

To a student in the Zicklin School of Business majoring in Accountancy. The student must demonstrate financial need and have a 3.3 GPA or higher. Candidate will be selected by the Accountancy Department.

To provide one or more scholarships to entering freshman or currently enrolled students who demonstrate academic promise and financial need. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid.

To provide scholarships to MPA students who demonstrate either financial need or academic excellence. Candidates will be selected by the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs.

For a full time student, on a degree track, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and demonstrated financial need.  The recipient must be a United States citizen or permanent resident or aspire to achieve either status.Recipients must demonstrate community and/or school involvement and service. 

To a graduate student who has demonstrated proficiency in statistics

For a student intending to or current majoring in Finance and Investments who has demonstrated leadership in local community and who would benefit from scholarship assistance. Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

For an incoming freshmen intending to pursue a major in the Zicklin School of Business who have demonstrated financial need and a high school grade average (GPA) of 3.0/80 or higher. The scholarship is renewable for students who continue to demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

For students studying in the Healthcare Administration program.

To support one year of tuition, books and fees for an financially needy undergraduate resident of one of the five boroughs of New York City.

For students who would benefit from scholarship support.

To an undergraduate student who has demonstrated commitment to his or her education through an outstanding academic record.

For an incoming freshman accepted into the Baruch Honors program or the Dean’s Scholars program. The scholarship is renewable if the student maintains an academic standing required by either program (3.2 GPA for Dean’s Scholars; 3.5 GPA for Baruch Honors program). Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To a student who has demonstrated proficiency in investigative journalism in the field of economics

To an outstanding financial mathematics major who demonstrated leadership within the program

To an entering freshman who demonstrates financial need and a commitment to service.

An incoming or current student who demonstrates financial need. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To provide a scholarship or scholarships to students enrolled in the Zicklin School of Business who are single parents and demonstrate financial need.
b. Preference in awarding the scholarship should be given to students who are majoring in Real Estate, intend to major in Real Estate, or are taking or have taken at least one Real Estate course.
c. In any given year, should no appropriate candidates be available as outlined in 5 (b), then the scholarship can be awarded to any student in the Zicklin School of Business who is a single parent and demonstrates financial need.
d. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To a student who demonstrates significant involvement in student activities

To a senior majoring in psychology or I/O psychology for excellence in the field

To assist students who are at risk of not graduating due to financial emergencies, loss or shortfalls in financial aid, homelessness due to loss of housing, for student and family dependents, or other circumstances identified by the Office of Financial Aid. Preference is for a self-supporting student or veterans or to those receiving assistance under various federal laws providing education benefits to veterans and their families. Candidates will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid.
 

To an entering freshman, transfer student or to a current undergraduate, based soley on financial need.

To a sophomore, who is an immigrant or the child of an immigrant, on the basis of academic merit and financial need.

To provide one or more scholarships to incoming freshmen or currently matriculated students who demonstrate academic promise and who would benefit from scholarship support. Recipients must be U.S. citizens and residents of New York State. The scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years provided the recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA. Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To graduate students who have demonstrated excellence in accountancy.

For three (3) matriculated students enrolled in their junior or senior year as an accounting major who have demonstrated financial need and a GPA of 3.0 or higher. If awarded to a junior student, the scholarship may be continued in the student’s senior year if the student continues to meet the criteria of the scholarship.


 

To a student who distinguishes himself or herself by providing help and support to fellow students

To provide a scholarship to a student who has declared a major in Journalism, and has a GPA of 3.3 or higher. The candidates will be selected by the Department of Journalism and The Writing Professions.

To provide scholarships to two (2) student who demonstrate financial need, are NYC
residents, and majoring in digital marketing or entrepreneurship. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

For a student who has taken one of the Great Works in Literature course (ENG 2800, ENG 2850, LTT 2800 or LTT 2850) and has demonstrated financial need. Eligible Scholars will be nominated by a Professor/Instructor teaching the Great Works in Literature course after each academic semester. Candidates will be selected by the English Department.

The scholarship seeks to acknowledge, encourage, and embolden first generation American students of immigrant parents that are distinguishing themselves as productive, humble, and high performing master level students of the Zicklin School of Business. Preference is for a minimum GPA of 3.6. The scholarship is renewable for up to two additional years provided the recipients maintains a 3.6 GPA. Candidates will be selected by the Graduate Admissions Office for incoming graduate students and the Zicklin Office of Graduate Programs for matriculated students.
 

For students pursuing MS in International Business.  Candidates to be chosen by Weissman Center for International Business

For entering or continuing students of distinguished academic promise and performance. Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

For a student working in NYC government who shows promise in public service. Candidates will be selected by the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs.

For a student current majoring in Marketing who would benefit from scholarship assistance. Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To immigrant and/or international students for scholarship, character, and academic achievement

To provide a scholarship to support a student(s) studying international business broadly defined. The recipient shall be eligible to continue to receive the scholarship based on academic performance and maintenance of full-time status.

To provide scholarships for a student who demonstrates financial need and for a student who shows academic promise.

To an undergraduate student entering his/her senior year with a minimum GPA of 2.8. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

For a student who has demonstrated academic promise and would benefit from scholarship assistance. The scholarship is renewable provided recipients continue to demonstrate financial need and maintains a 3.5 GPA. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid.

To provide scholarships to students who demonstrates financial need. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

Full and partial tuition scholarships for students in the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs. Recipients will be chosen on a merit basis.

To a student who shows exceptional promise in theatrical arts

To provide scholarships to incoming freshmen who demonstrate financial need and academic promise. The scholarship is renewable provided the recipients maintain a 3.0 GPA. Recipients will be chosen by the Financial Aid Office.

To provide a scholarship to an incoming freshman who is the first in his or her family to attend College and who demonstrates financial need and academic promise. Preference shall be given to students who intend to major in Statistics and Quantitative Modeling or Computer Information Systems. The scholarship is renewable provided the recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA and continues to demonstrate financial need. Recipients will be chosen by the Financial Aid Office.

To provide one scholarship or more annually to a junior majoring in accounting who demonstrates financial need and has a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

To a student of junior or senior enrolled in the Zicklin School of Business for academic excellence, leadership and service.

For students who demonstrate academic promise to assist in covering the cost of attendance and who would benefit from scholarship support.

 

• For a student in the Zicklin School’s Full-Time MBA Program who has a minimum GPA of 3.7. Renewable for the same qualifying student as long as criteria is met.
• Preference for a female student from a South Asia country, assuming the academic criteria is met.
• The candidate will be selected by the Zicklin School of Business.

To students who plan on majoring in Accountancy, have demonstrated financial hardship and have been part-time students.

• Strong academic track record; minimum of 3.0 GPA (on 4.0 scale)
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
• Must meet the standards for admission into a Deloitte Foundation selected AACSB accredited University/University master’s program in accounting 
• Have an interest in pursuing a career in public accounting and obtaining their CPA, but not presently a CPA
• Selected participants must matriculate to the  College’s master’s of accounting program for the duration of the 2023-2024 academic school year (August 2023 through May 2024) and complete such program in May 2024
• Each scholarship recipient would be accepted and enrolled in the College’s master’s of accounting program for the 2023-2024 academic year
• Must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) for all semesters and upon graduation

To full time junior or senior students majoring in accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.3 and demonstrating traits of leadership by participation in activities on and off campus.

For students who would benefit from scholarship support.

To provide a scholarship for a member of the Investment Management Group (IMG) who has maintained a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

Five, $1000 scholarships to juniors or seniors majoring in Marketing and who have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0.

To an in-state graduate student majoring in Public Administration for academic excellence, service to Baruch and his or her community.

For a junior or senior majoring in English who has demonstrated financial need and a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The scholarship is renewable for students who continue to demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Candidates will be selected by the English Department.

To provide scholarships for juniors majoring in International Business or Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.5, with preference given to those majoring in International Business.
• Recipients shall continue to receive the Scholarship in their senior year provided they have maintained a 3.5 GPA and continue as International Business or Finance majors.
• Recipients are to receive a scholarship in an amount equal to the New York State resident tuition for an entire academic year.
• Scholarship may be used for educational expenses other than tuition provided that at least fifty percent (50%) of the Scholarship is used to cover tuition.
• Candidates will be selected by the Weissman Center for International Business in consultation with the Office of Financial Aid Services.

For (4) full-tuition scholarships for incoming freshmen who demonstrate financial need and plan to pursue a major in the Zicklin School of Business. The scholarship is renewable if the student continues to demonstrate financial need and maintains a 3.0 GPA. Preference is for students coming from the following public high schools (including but not limited to the high schools listed in Appendix A) or from other Manhattan public high school students who meet the criteria above. However, the scholarship may be awarded to students from other New York City public high schools at the discretion of the Office of Financial Aid. Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid.

 

For incoming freshmen or currently enrolled students who have demonstrated academic promise and would benefit from scholarship support. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

Criteria: 3.7 last 60 units of bachelor’s degree in business or accounting; 630+ on GMAT or having passed all parts of the CPA exam; no financial need requirement; U. S. citizen; full time status in Graduate Tax Program.

For an incoming freshman who demonstrates academic promise and who would benefit from scholarship assistance. The scholarship is renewable for up to 3 additional years if the student maintains a 3.0 GPA. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To provide a scholarship to an incoming freshman who demonstrates financial need and academic promise, is a resident of the Bronx and is a first or second generation American. Preference shall be given to students who intend to major in or are majoring in Psychology. The scholarship is renewable provided the recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA and continues to demonstrate financial need. Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To a student studying one of the natural sciences who demonstrated leadership within the program

For a rising senior majoring in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.0, who demonstrates financial need and who is a first-generation college student. Recipient will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid.

To provide one undergraduate scholarship for juniors and seniors and one graduate scholarship for students with academic promise and financial need who have declared a major or interest in the following in the following order of preference: Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Investment Management, Financial Services. For undergraduate scholarship, candidates should normally preferably have a SAT score of 1240 or better and be in the top 50 percent of their class. For graduate scholarship, candidates must have received a GMAT score that places them in the top 50 percent of their class. In the event that there are no qualified candidates, available funding will carry forward to the next academic year. Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To provide a scholarship for an incoming freshman who demonstrates academic promise and financial need and intends to major in one of the natural sciences. The scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years provided the recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA and continues to demonstrate financial need. Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To a graduating senior displaying a high level of scholarship and who, through leadership and vision in extracurricular activities, has successfully sought to bring students together

Awarded to one student in the BBA in Statistics and Quantitative Modeling (SQM) program and one student in the MS in Quantitative Methods and Modeling (QMM) program who have demonstrated academic excellence.

For two graduate students majoring/concentrating in real estate with a minimum GPA of 3.2 and two undergraduate students majoring in real estate with a minimum GPA of 3.2.

• One or more scholarships for incoming freshmen who reside in Brooklyn, have demonstrated academic promise and would benefit from scholarship assistance.
• The scholarship is renewable for up to 3 additional years if the student maintains a 3.0 GPA
• Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid.

To entering freshman or currently enrolled students who demonstrate academic excellence.

To a junior majoring in public accounting who has an overall GPA of 3.0 or above and is need of financial aid.

To a graduating senior who has demonstrated excellence and scholastic achievement in the study of law and has been accepted for admission to law school

For full time graduate students in the Zicklin School of Business who have demonstrated academic excellence (with a minimum GPA of 3.2).

For two (2) students who have demonstrated commitment to the advancement of gender equality in higher education or the advancement of women in the journalism field. It is designated for senior journalism majors who have shown promise in their journalism courses and have financial need. The recipients shall be limited to U.S. citizens and resident aliens, excluding undocumented aliens who have not been legally admitted to the United States. However, the College may ignore any criteria later determined to be contrary to law or then existing CUNY or College policy.

To provide scholarships to students who are majoring in accounting, demonstrate financial need and have a 3.5 GPA or higher. The recipients shall not have any affiliation with either a sorority or fraternity and has never been a member. The scholarship is renewable provided the recipients maintain a 3.5 GPA. Recipients will be chosen by the Accounting Department in the Zicklin School of Business.

To a graduating student at the undergraduate or graduate level who has demonstrated consistent leadership in his or her student activities and who is the progeny of or is a member of the uniform services

To provide a scholarship for an incoming freshman who demonstrates academic promise and financial need. The scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years provided the recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA and continues to demonstrate financial need. Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To provide one or more scholarships for currently matriculated student(s) who demonstrate academic promise (a minimum 3.0 GPA) and financial need. The recipient(s) must be currently employed or engaged in an internship. The scholarship is renewable provided the recipient(s) maintains a 3.0 GPA and continues to demonstrate financial need. Preference shall be given to students who are taking any portion of their course work at night. Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To provide a scholarship or scholarships to incoming freshmen or currently matriculated students in the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs who demonstrate academic promise, a strong work ethic and financial need. The scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years provided the recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA and continues to demonstrate financial need.

To an undergraduate student based on academic excellence and a record of service through extracurricular activities.

For incoming freshmen to be used for tuition, fees, and other services such as mentoring provided to the student. It will be renewed each year, provided that the student(s) remain in good academic standing, and making annual progress towards graduation in four years.

For juniors and seniors from the Bronx who are studying in the Zicklin School of Business, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and would benefit from scholarship assistance. Student must be an active member of one of the following clubs: Black Student Union, Latin American Students Organization, National Association of Black Accountants, African Student Association of Baruch, Association of Latino Professionals for America. The scholarship is renewable provided the recipients continue to maintain a 3.0 GPA and member of the about student organizations. 

To an outstanding senior majoring in accountancy and planning to attend law school.

To provide a scholarship or scholarships to incoming freshmen or currently matriculated students who demonstrate academic promise and financial need. The scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years provided the recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA and continues to demonstrate financial need. Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Services.

For students who are majoring in any of the disciplines in the Zicklin School of Business. Recipients will be chosen by the Zicklin School of Business Dean’s Office.

For students who are majoring in any of the disciplines in the Zicklin School of Business to assist in covering the cost of attendance and who would benefit from scholarship support. The scholarship is renewable if the recipients continue majoring in any of the disciplines in the Zicklin School of Business and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

Applicants required to submit test scores for admission must have completed their exams (Admission Test/GRE/GMAT/EA) prior to the respecive application round deadline. Students must be in good academic standing (3.0 GPA or highter) and maintain enrollment through the academic year. 

This scholarship can not be combined with the Mayor's Graduate Scholarship Program.

Honorable Mentions of the journalism essay contest

To provide scholarships to visionary incoming freshmen who come from a single-family household. Scholarships are available to assist in covering the cost of attendance, which is not covered by other grants or gift aid. The scholarship is renewable for up to five additional years provided the recipients continue to demonstrate financial need. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid.

Nominees for the Baruch College Scholar Athlete Award must carry a minimum GPA of 3.5 and must also show outstanding leadership as a student, an athlete, and in other institutional and/or community activities. The nominees must have participated in two seasons of the same sport at Baruch College.  All nominees must be nominated with written support by their respective team's coach.

To a junior or senior student who is in the top one-half of the class based on grades, was employed at least part-time and is actively participating in extracurricular activities.

For one student studying accounting and one student studying finance and investments who demonstrate financial need and academic excellence. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid.

To an outstanding matriculated graduate student enrolled in the Mildred and George Weissman School's masters in mathematics program.

To provide scholarships to students at the College’s discretion. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To a graduating part-time MBA student with a minimum GPA of 3.2 who has demonstrated outstanding service to the Zicklin School and Baruch College by taking an active part in on-campus activities and leadership and volunteer opportunities

For students who demonstrate academic promise and who would benefit from scholarship support.

To incoming freshmen with financial need who also have a GPA of at least 3.0 The scholarship is renewable provided the recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA and continues to demonstrate financial need. Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To a student who has achieved overall excellence in French and has demonstrated a capacity for independent study

To an outstanding graduate student majoring in accountancy

For students participating in the FWA mentee program and are to be awarded without regard for financial need.

For juniors with financial need and academic accomplishment who are completing the business core curriculum with the intention of concentrating in finance, who through either coursework and/or participation in clubs or other activities, demonstrate an interest in advancing women`s roles in the financial services industry. Scholarships are renewable provided maintain a minimum 3.2 GPA.

For current student who would benefit from scholarship support.

For a full-time MBA student with a preference for those majoring in Accountancy. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To provide partial, annual scholarships for financially needy, academically promising students from the five boroughs of New York City. The scholarship may be renewed provided the recipient maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA and continues to demonstrate financial need. Candidates will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

• To provide scholarships to incoming freshmen or currently matriculated students who demonstrate academic promise and who would benefit from scholarship support.

To a graduate student for outstanding leadership and service

To provide full or partial scholarship(s) to entering freshmen or currently enrolled student who demonstrates financial need and academic excellence.

For MSPIA students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

For BSPA, MPA, and MSEd-HEA students; provides supplementary funds for up to two semesters.

For outstanding juniors majoring in journalism who are committed to a career in journalism. The scholarship is renewable in the senior year for students who remain enrolled in the program, committed to a journalism career and maintain a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher. Recipients of the scholarship shall be chosen by designated individual(s) in the Department of Journalism and approved by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

Student must be in good standing, with a minimum GPA of 2.75. Student is eligible to receive a refund after tuition is paid, to pay for books and other school supplies. Nominees for the Baruch College Scholar Athlete Award must carry a minimum GPA of 3.5 and must also show outstanding leadership as a student, an athlete, and in other institutional and/or community activities. The Man Lam Memorial Scholarship is for a first-generation college student studying or intending to study accountancy and who demonstrates financial need. • Candidates will submit the federal financial aid form (the FAFSA) to determine their need and if there is more than one eligible candidate, the scholarship will be awarded to the student with the highest level of need as determined by the Baruch Financial Aid office.
• The recipient will be eligible to continue receiving an annual scholarship of $3,100 annually for a minimum of 4 years, or a maximum of six years, including those participating in the fifth year/MS program in the Accountancy Department until graduation and as long as they continue to major in accounting and remain in good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.25.  Should there be a year in which there is no eligible candidate, we will hold the funds for awarding the following year.

To a senior graduating in one of the Natural Sciences majors with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Candidates must have a minimum of one semester of demonstrated service (governance, work study, office work, volunteering, service as teaching aids, tutors, or laboratory assistants). Students are to be nominated by Baruch faculty, staff, or another student. Application materials will include a short nomination letter and the student's resume. 

For students age 25 or older who are pursuing their first bachelor’s degree, who have completed at least half the requirements toward their intended degree with either full-time or part-time enrollment, are maintaining a GPA of 2.50 or higher, and have unmet financial need.

To provide a scholarship to an incoming freshmen who demonstrates academic promise and financial need. The scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years provided the recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA and continues to demonstrate financial need. Each year, at the annual meeting of the Baruch College Alumni Association (BCAA), a public acknowledgment, presentation or ceremonial awarding of the scholarship shall take place. Recipients will be chosen by the Financial Aid Office.

To provide a scholarship or scholarships to currently matriculated students who demonstrate a commitment to and involvement in community service as well as high academic achievement. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Student Life.

To provide a full tuition scholarship to a junior majoring in Finance and Investments. Student must have financial need and is available only for tuition and fees, which are not covered by other grants or gift aid. The scholarship is renewable for the student each year until s/he graduates, for up to three years, as long as the student remains in good academic standing and demonstrates financial need.

For a full-time matriculating student, majoring in accountancy with interest in a career in auditing or financial accounting. Scholarship starts with a junior and renewed on an annual basis as long as student remains in good academic standing and meets selection criteria. Undergraduate recipients who pursue a joint BBA/MBA in accountancy may maintain funding throughout graduate studies. Once the recipient graduates, the scholarship will begin again with a junior. Student has a minimum GPA of 3.3

To provide a scholarship for an incoming freshman who intends to major in advertising or marketing who demonstrates academic promise and financial need. The scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years provided the recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA, continues to demonstrate financial need, and is admitted into the advertising or marketing programs at the Zicklin School of Business. Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To an undergraduate student majoring in entrepreneurship on the basis of financial need and academic merit.

For full-time, incoming freshmen who are ranked in top 10% of their high school graduating class to assist in covering the cost of attendance and who would benefit from scholarship support. The scholarship is renewable for up to five additional years provided the recipients maintain a 3.75 GPA. Preference is for students who commence college right after high school with no gap years or transfers from other institutions Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To provide one or more scholarships to entering freshman or currently matriculated students who demonstrate academic promise and financial need. Scholarship is renewable for up to 3 additional years provided the student maintains a GPA of 3.2 or higher and continues to demonstrate financial need. The recipient or recipients shall be U.S. citizens. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

To students who have demonstrated outstanding leadership abilities through involvement in campus and community service

To provide a scholarships to an incoming freshman who demonstrate financial need and academic promise. The scholarship is renewable provided the recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA and continues to demonstrate financial need. Recipients will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

For an incoming freshman who intends to study accounting and demonstrates financial need. The scholarship is renewable provided the student maintains a 3.0 GPA and continues his or her study of accountancy.

To students enrolled in the BBA real estate program or MBA or MS Real Estate programs and who intend to pursue careers in real estate. Students must have a minimum 3.2 GPA to be eligible. Recipients shall be chosen by the Newman Department of Real Estate.

To provide full or partial scholarship(s) to entering freshmen or currently enrolled students who demonstrate financial need and academic excellence. Currently enrolled students must have a GPA of 3.0.

To provide (4) four year scholarships to an incoming freshman who are first generation college students. Scholarships are available only for tuition, which is not covered by other grants or gift aid. Candidates will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid Services.

For students who have demonstrated academic promise and who would benefit from scholarship assistance.

To students from a yeshiva high school and/or transfer student from Brandeis or Yeshiva universities.

To a full-time undergraduate student who demonstrates a combination of academic merit and financial need. Preference will be given to a student majoring in Accountancy or Management/Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, but the scholarship may be given to a student enrolled in any undergraduate business major.

To provide a scholarship to an incoming freshman who demonstrates academic promise and who would benefit from scholarship assistance. The scholarship is renewable for up to 3 additional years if the student maintains a 3.0 GPA. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid.

The scholarship is to be awarded to incoming freshmen who demonstrate academic promise and financial need. The scholarship is renewable if the recipients continue to demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Provide annual, full or partial tuition scholarships for incoming freshmen who are graduates of Stuyvesant High School, currently located at 345 Chambers Street, New York, NY, or its successors in interest, who have outstanding academic credentials. Scholarships are renewable for each succeeding year, provided the student maintains a minimum 3.2 GP A. Scholarships will be awarded annually until such time as no assets remain in the Fund.

A student in the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences who shows a special interest in British and/or American literature. A student who shall demonstrate financial need. A student who shall have a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher, or shall have very significant academic qualifications in the opinion of the English Department. A student who shall have the recommendation of an English professor with whom the student has studied English or American literature.

To an entering freshman who demonstrates financial need and academic promise.

To a student entering his/her junior year who is a finance major, has demonstrated academic excellence and has significant financial need.

This fund will provide income to establish one or more scholarships for a minority student majoring in computer science. The candidate(s) will be selected by the department of computer science, and the award will be made on the basis of need and/or merit; the candidate should hold a GPA of 3.0 or better.

The scholarship will be renewable in subsequent years if the candidate continues to maintain academic standing of 3.0 or better.

For academic excellence

To provide a scholarship to a third year accounting student in the Zicklin School of Business who has demonstrated academic achievement and who would benefit from scholarship support. Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid.

To provide scholarships to students with physical disabilities or learning disabilities who would benefit from scholarship support.
The scholarship is renewable for students who maintain a 3.0 GPA.
Candidates will be selected by the Office of Financial Aid.

(2) $2,500 and (2) 3,000 scholarships for full-time, incoming freshmen and/or
sophomores who qualify for Pell and/or Tap grants and to assist in covering the cost of
attendance.

 The scholarship is renewable for up to four additional years for incoming freshmen or
three additional years for sophomores provided the recipients maintain a 2.8 GPA during
their first year at Baruch and 3.0 GPA in subsequent years and remain full-time status.

For first generation students to assist in covering the cost of attendance and who would benefit from scholarship support. Candidates will be chosen by the Office of Financial Aid.

To award two (2) full scholarships to incoming freshmen who plan to major in accounting. The recipients shall be U.S. citizens or legal residents on the path to citizenship who intend to pursue a career in the United States upon graduation. The scholarship is renewable if the recipients continue as accounting students and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.

To students majoring in the Arts and Sciences who exhibit exceptional accomplishments within any of these disciplines.

To students who have demonstrated academic excellence.

The scholarship will provide (2) scholarships for students from a Chinese University enrolled in a dual MBA or MS degree program with Baruch. The student(s) must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrates leadership qualities and/or active participation in community service activities. The recipients will be selected through an application process administered by the Zicklin School of Business. Ms. Hayes will provide an additional scholarship annually if/when there is a student enrolled at Baruch from Xi’An University.

To provide scholarships to students in the Master of Science in Education in Higher Education Administration Program. Candidates will be selected by the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs.

For a student who is majoring in entrepreneurship and demonstrates experience starting and/or running a business. The scholarship is renewable for a student who continues to maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA.

To award several scholarships each year of up to $5,000 to eligible, full-time or part-time students entering the Master of Science in Real Estate degree program, or to current Master of Science in Real Estate students.
