Ms. Eileen Brennan Oakley and Mr. Donald Brennan
Mr. Brennan was formerly the Managing Director of Morgan Stanley's Merchant Bank, Chairman of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and Chairman of Morgan Stanley Venture Partners as well as a Director of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and a member of the firm's Management Committee. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 1982, Mr. Brennan was Vice Chairman of International Paper Company. He was also a Director of numerous corporations including Arizona Chemical, Burlington Industries, Coltec Industries, Equant, Fort Howard, General Crude Oil and the Southern Pacific Railroad. He is a former Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy with the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Mr. Brennan was appointed to Presidential Commissions by Presidents Ford and Carter. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the State University of New York Maritime College (1961) and a Master of Business Administration from Baruch College of the City University of New York (1966). At the 2006 Baruch College Alumni Reunion, Mr. Brennan was the recipient of the Alumnus of Distinction Award for his outstanding business achievements, commitment to public service and philanthropy, and his commitment to his alma mater.
