Ms. Betsy Waters, Ms. Sarah Gill, and Ms. Anne Kasper
Ms. Waters, Ms. Gill, and Ms. Kasper are the three daughters of the late Mr. Aaron Schechter.
Mr. Schechter was a Principal with the accounting firm of Richard A. Eisner & Co., from 1985 through 1991. He specialized in advising clients in the entertainment industry, particularly motion picture production, record production and distribution, and music publishing (copyrights and acquisitions). He was the partner in charge and advisor to SBK Music in its acquisition of CBS Songs in 1986 for $125 million. From 1996 through 1999, Mr. Schechter was a President and CEO of Music Enterprises, Inc., a full service music publishing company administrating a catalogue of over 2400 copyrights. He received a BA in accounting (1948) from Baruch College and an MA in Education (1952) from the City College of New York. He has lectured throughout the United States and England. He retired in December 1999.
